Cladding and coating welding products are each designed for a specific welding process, with tightly controlled particle size distribution and morphology. Our portfolio includes materials for wear and corrosion resistance and surface restoration.
Hard filling materials (Hardfacing)
We have hard fill products for the following methods:

The products have special carbide grain sizes and morphologies for both cutting and wear applications. Matrix components are designed with the hardness and corrosion resistance required to withstand the service environment in which the product will be used. If you prefer to blend with your own matrix, we can supply uncollated carbide materials.
Other laser clading and PTA welding applications
We supply steels, alloys and superalloys specially designed and sized for laser coating and PTA. The substance structure and particle size distribution of each product are strictly controlled. Many products are obtained by dry gas atomizing method for excellent homogeneity and low oxide content.
